is available for adoption (or foster home)!
She is about 10 years old, in good health, and cuddly. Sassy lived
her life in an outside pen and now needs someone to provide her
forever home. Sassy loves to be by her person’s side. She
is only 14 pounds. All of Sassy’s medical tests came back
fine and she had a very needed dental. Plus, Sassy is up to date
on vaccinations, microchipped, and housebroken. Sassy will love
whoever takes care of her and she is fine with other dogs and
cats. Sassy is a special little girl.
Rocky is available for adoption!
He is about two to three years old. Rocky was found in St. Louis
on Christmas Eve running the streets of St. Louis. No one was
looking for him. Rocky is a great dog. He has a lot of energy
and will need attention, such as walking, jogging, and playing.
Most importantly, Rocky will benefit from a training class or
even an agility class. Rocky will need a physical fenced yard.
He loves his people and is okay with other dogs but really connects
with whoever is taking care of him. Rocky’s medical tests
came back perfect and he is ready to call someone his own. He
is up to date on vaccinations, mirchochipped, and housebroken.
Rocky would work well with an experienced dog owner or someone
who has a lot of time to spend with him because of his high energy
level and need for attention. Rocky is a special guy!
How to Help
Would you like to help homeless dogs? If you are interested in
helping homeless dogs, the following areas are available:
1. Fostering: Fostering can last from three weeks to six months.
The association pays for medical care. A visit to the vet may
be necessary and helping at adoption days with your “foster
dog” would be appreciated.
2. Adoption Days: Adoption days are held several times per month
at the local pet department stores.
3. Events: Volunteers are needed to help with special events.
4. Transporting: Sometimes foster dogs need transporting to the
vet’s office and some out-of-town transports are needed
If any of these areas are of interest, please call 314-647-1112
or email firstname.lastname@example.org – Thank you for wanting
to help these wonderful homeless Eskies. They need you!
Foster homes are desperately needed. With foster homes, we can
rescue and save the Reskies. American Eskimo Rescue of St. Louis
does not have a shelter. The association rescues and needs foster
homes to house these wonderful Reskies. The association pays for
all medical bills at approved veterinarian offices and will provide
food. A foster home assignment can last from six weeks to six
months. Help rescue, foster, and find “forever homes”
for these dogs that are lost, given up, or found as strays. Thank
you for considering this important decision.
